International Orientation (IO) gives international students the opportunity to get settled on campus before University Orientation begins.

13:00-17:00	Check-in Fair Set up your bank account, complete your health insurance application, get your Social Insurance Number, take a campus tour, and more!	Gracie's Café, WMSC

9:00-10:45	Ask us Anything Academic life student panel Hear from facilitators as they share their experiences, insights, and tips about navigating first-year academics. 11:00-18:00	Trip to shopping mall Champlain Place is NB's largest shopping centre. Get all those items that were too big to pack. You can also get your Canadian SIM card. Student can grab lunch from one of the many options at the mall. Let's go to the beach! L'Aboiteau Beach (Cap Pele, NB) A big tradition for IO! Let's go to the beach, enjoy a beautiful walk, play waterpolo with new friends and enjoy the view.	Meet in front of the chapel at 11 a.m.

20:00-21:30	Welcome reception 51��Ƶ Allison and the Sackville community will formally welcome you! Meet University staff, faculty, and members of the Sackville community. Dress code: semi-formal.

You will:

meet fellow peers from all over the world and learn what to expect while living and studying at 51��Ƶ A
have a chance explore campus and to discover what 51��Ƶ Allison and the friendly town of Sackville have to offer
take part in information sessions, out-of-town trips, and social activities that provide opportunities to meet University staff and community members, and to make friends with other first-year students

During this time the International student advisor, along with international and Canadian student facilitators, familiarize students with academic and social aspects of life at 51��Ƶ Allison and in Sackville.
