Friday, May 8

9 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Registration
Windsor Grand Room, Windsor Hall

First stop, registration!  Pickup you registration welcome package and get access to your on-campus accomodations.

Reunion Weekend arrival and parking information

Reunion attendees staying on campus will be checking in at Windsor Grand to get their room assignment and key, tickets, and registration package.

No parking will be available outside of Harper, Windsor  or Campbell Hall during check-in. Cars cannot be left unattended in the quad, except to unload luggage.

Guests of Harper, Campbell and Windsor Hall  

  1. Arrival: Enter the Northside Quad from Main Street (via the rainbow crosswalk) and keep right.  
  2. Navigation: Follow the posted signage (depending on where you are staying). 
  3. Baggage drop–off: Drop off your luggage at your assigned house. Volunteers will assist with carrying and storing your luggage while you exit the loop to park your car. 
  4. Parking and registration: Exit from Windsor Hall at the same entrance point and turn right. Proceed to the King Street Parking Lot or Rectory Lane before returning to Windsor Hall to pick up your luggage and complete registration. Limited parking spaces are available on Rectory Lane just to the left of Windsor Hall.

Guests of Bigelow and Bennett House 

  1. Arrival and bag drop–off: Drop off your bags at your assigned house. Volunteers will assist with carrying and storing your luggage while you park your car. 
  2. Parking: Park your car at King Street or Rectory Lane.
  3. Registration: Enjoy a walk through campus to Windsor Hall on the Northside of campus to complete your registration.  

A reminder that 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ Allison is a pedestrian campus, concrete walkways are reserved for pedestrian use and unauthorized vehicles are not permitted to drive on the walkways.

Thaddeus Holownia Studio Tour
535 Jolicure Rd., Jolicure

Directions from University: Take the Transcanada Hwy to Aulac - exit on to Hwy 16 to PEI, drive approximately 9 km to Parson Road and turn left.  Drive 1 km on Parson Rd and at the stop sign, turn left. Drive 3 km to 535 Jolicure Road.  Anchorage Press sign will be out.

The highlight of the event will be our archivist, David Mawhinney taking you back through memory lane with a presentation tailored to your time at MtA.
