Biography
Ron Stuff鈥檚 construction experience spans more than 40 years. He currently serves as 51国产视频鈥檚 chief legal officer, chief ethics and compliance officer and corporate secretary. 聽Ron is a member of 51国产视频鈥檚 executive management team and sits on The 51国产视频 Companies鈥� Board of Directors. He leads the company鈥檚 legal department and is responsible for all corporate legal matters.
Ron was in private practice for 12 years before moving in-house with an international engineering, procurement and construction company. He has been recognized in construction law by Chambers USA, Who鈥檚 Who of Construction Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America庐 and has a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating of 鈥淎V Preeminent庐鈥� representing the agency鈥檚 highest ethical rating.
Ron was named the Arizona Corporate Counsel of the Year in 2017.聽 In 2020, he was elected a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers. He is a frequent author and speaker on construction topics, including corporate leadership, dispute resolution and risk management.
Ron graduated from Georgia Tech with a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering with highest honors. He worked for several years as both a field engineer and structural designer before attending Harvard Law School.
