Black Student Mentorship Program Application Form

The Black Student Mentorship Program is a new initiative at 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ Allison designed to support and connect Black students on campus. Through this program, students will be paired with trained mentors to foster academic growth, leadership development, and a stronger sense of community.

Apply as a:

  • Mentee — a new student at 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ Allison
  • Mentor — an upper-year student at 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ Allison

Important note: The mentorship team will do their best to match every mentor and mentee; however, matches cannot be guaranteed.

Privacy and confidentiality: The information you provide will be used only for the purposes of mentor-mentee matching and program administration. Your responses will not be shared outside of the program team.
